Tiny Hearts can be cleaned with a jewelry polishing cloth. Should not be submerged in water to maintain its finish.
Jewelry containing seashells and stones must adhere to the same cleaning procedures as you would pearls. Gently dip a soft cloth in mild soapy water and wipe. The metal must only be cleaned with a solvent made for the particular metal, without touching the seashells and/or stones.
All jewelry items are packaged in a cotton-filled anti-tarnish box. Then placed in plastic bubble mailer for shipping. If jewelry item is a large item for example a cuff bracelet it is carefully wrapped with tissue paper, then bubble wrap and placed inside shipping box.
All my jewelry is done by hand. Making sure design, quality and workmanship are first and forehand. And due to this handmade process, some orders may take a day to a couple weeks given availability of stock, materials and design. I'm always willing to work with you!
Returns are accepted with a complete refund (minus shipping) from 1 week of purchase.
Custom work is not refundable. Can be returned if needing repair or resize if resizing can be done.
Repairs are welcome! If your jewelry breaks or needs resizing I will gladly repair if materials are available. Repair fees will apply if not within a month of purchase. This fee includes shipping, labor and materials.
